The sprint cohorts are an extra bit of accountability and camaraderie as you go through your first or first few campaigns. You can join them any time we are hosting them throughout the program to get feedback on your campaigns, as well.
We highly recommend you join a cohort with us for your first campaign. It's easier to launch with other people.
